2017 World silver medalist Thomas Gilman talks about his preparation for the 2020 Olympic Trials during the recent Freestyle National Team Training Camp at the U.S.  Olympic and Paralympic Training Center. Gilman comes off a season where he did not make the 2019 Senior World Team, a spot he held for 2017 and 2018. He talks about enjoying the sport and having the right mindset to not only make the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team but to also bring home an Olympic gold medal from Tokyo.
